Meadow View is a detached bungalow at Blue Anchor, sleeping up to 5 guests across two bedrooms, with an additional single futon in the dining room offering extra flexibility. One bedroom has a double bed and single bed, while the other is a twin room with lovely countryside and coastline views. The bathroom is light and spacious with a level walk-in shower, bath, toilet and wash basin, plus there is a separate second toilet with wash basin. The space The bright, south-west facing lounge boasts stunning panoramic views over Blue Anchor Bay and features French doors opening onto the patio and garden, along with a gas fire for cosy evenings. The dining room, also south-west facing, seats five at the table. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, electric cooker and crockery, with an adjoining utility room and larder providing a fridge/deep-freeze and ample storage. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, iron and clothes airer, with a rotary line in the garden. The lounge has an LCD television with Freeview, DVD and CD player, and a hairdryer is provided. Outside, the large rear garden shares the same wonderful views and offers plenty of space for children to play, with a patio table and chairs for alfresco dining plus additional garden furniture on a paved area. A double-glazed rear porch is useful for storing boots and wet weather gear, and part of the garage is available for secure storage of bikes and pushchairs. Off-road parking is available on the drive, with ample room to park and turn inside the entrance gates. Wifi, heating and electricity are included, and bed linen is provided, with towels available for a small supplementary fee. The property is suitable for children and for guests with restricted mobility, with cars able to be driven to the front door, though there are threshold strips at the entrances and it is not suitable for wheelchair users. The bungalow is strictly non-smoking, and unfortunately dogs are not permitted.
