Recanto Mauá - Chalé Azaleia

The cottage is located within a farm, with lots of greenery, animals, etc., at a distance of 2.6 Km from the center of Visconde de Mauá, and 650 m from the asphalt. We have a parking lot for 4 cars in front of the property. The chalet has 2 floors, connected by a steep staircase; on top are the 2 bedrooms. The front bedroom has a balcony, with a privileged view, and downstairs are the living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony and a service area on the back. The space The chalet Azaleia has 65 m2, it is in a plot of 750 m2, where there is another chalet like it. The terrain is slope, all on peanut grass; there are stairs and ramps with lighting that lead to the cottages. Guest access The guests may access all areas of the chalet and the property, except for the part of the other chalet. Other things to note In the second bedroom, there are two single beds, one of which is a double bed. There is also a blender, sandwich maker and toaster in the kitchen.
