The sleeping chair can only be used after prior consultation, because a separate mattress must be provided for it! The apartment is fully equipped, WiFi is available. Linens and towels (one bath towel per person) are included in the rental price. For your arrival, we also prepare an initial set of hand soap, a toilet paper roll, garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, etc., so that you can arrive safely. In addition to dishes, pots and pans, there is also salt and pepper in the kitchen, oil and coffee for hygienic reasons. The garden and the wonderful porch with Elbe view can be shared by all vacation guests. The basic rental price is for 2 people. For each additional bed (including toddlers), we charge 20 euros/night. Pets are welcome (on request), only the final cleaning costs increase in this case by 35 euros per favorite animal. In front of the house, there are parking spaces for the guests. The spa administration charges guests 16 years and older €3.00/night and children 7 and 14 years old as well as schoolchildren, students and apprentices up to 24 years old €1.50 Euro Tourist tax, which must be paid on departure. Other things to note Pets are welcome as long as they are well trained and quiet and the apartment does not suffer from it. Please understand that we do not charge a surcharge for your pets, but a €35 higher final cleaning fee per animal due to the increased cleaning effort.
