Lovely spacious (250m2) house in orchard of 5000m2

In the countryside of Gendt, near the floodplains of the Waal, lies our lovely house and spacious garden. Centrally located between Arnhem and Nijmegen. Spread throughout the orchard of approx. 5000m2 are various picnic benches. Here you can enjoy the absolute peace and sounds of nature. The sheep and chickens roam around in their own meadow (fresh eggs every day) and all around you you see and hear birds. The house offers 250m2 of living space and is equipped with all conveniences. The space Our house has a lovely, bright garden room of 35m2 where you can enjoy yourself all year round. At the long table, or on the couch. Adjacent is the kitchen, where all appliances are available, such as a dishwasher, combi-oven, refrigerator and built-in coffee machine. In the utility room you will find the washing machine and dryer. In the living room, situated on the north, it is pleasantly cool in the summer and in the winter you can enjoy the cozy gas heater. And then there is the upstairs room, where you can retreat with a book, or (still) do some work. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms; - a large, romantic bedroom with a double bed (1.60x2.00m) and a walk-in closet. - A bedroom with 2 single beds. - Two children's rooms, each with a single bed. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, bath, toilet and sauna. Outside you will find the stone garage, where there is space to store bicycles. There is electricity available to charge electric bicycles. You can park your car(s) on the driveway. There are various seating areas spread throughout the garden and (organic) orchard. So there is always a spot to sit in the sun or the shade. Or dive into the hammock with a book! The orchard consists of approximately 90 fruit trees; Cherries, plums, apples, pears, nashi pears and stewing pears. There are also various nut trees. There is always something to harvest in the summer months, you are of course welcome to use this. Part of the garden is set up as a playground. There is a large, sunken trampoline, a monkey bar, football goals, etc. There is also a go-kart to race through the garden. And of course the garden offers enough space and challenge to build huts, drag branches and look for animals. The playground is completely fenced, so that the children (or dog) cannot go on the road. In short, plenty of space to enjoy, discover and get that holiday feeling! Guest access The entire house and garden are at your disposal. During your stay you have complete privacy. Other things to note During school holidays it is only possible to rent our house per week, with a fixed changeover day on Saturday.
