Spacious ground floor flat with private entrance and self check in. The Macdonalds woods are right outside the front door providing gorgeous views. A 2 minutes drive to Ellon centre or take a lovely short walk through the woods. Family friendly, we provide a huge selection of products for travelling with kids, travel cot etc. Ten minutes walk to BrewDog. Lock box is right at the door with the keys, the code will be sent the day before check in. The space The entire flat is yours, The living room and kitchen are combined in a studio style living area. There is a breakfast bar with two bar stools and a coffee table in the living area. 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed). Bath/shower (towels provided) and a laundry room with a washer/dryer, washing tabs and fabric softener is provided. Self check in, keys will be collected by lockbox at the front door. Free on street parking right at the front door. High Speed fibre Broadband and Netflix on a 48 inch wall mounted flat screen. Please note the tv has Netflix only, we do NOT have terrestrial tv available. We have a Nescafe Gusto coffee machine with a selection of coffee pods free to use, we also provide tea, instant coffee and sugar. There is also a cafetiere and a tea infuser. We also provide an iron and ironing board. Children/Infants. We know how stressful it is traveling with kids, you need a trailer to bring everything you need! We want to make your stay with us as relaxing and as enjoyable as possible, which is why we provide the following.(just tell us what you need and it will be in the flat for your arrival) ... The kitchen has everything you would need for cooking, plates, pots, pans, frying pans, dishes etc. We also have all kinds of glasses (champagne, martini, whiskey, tumblers etc). Our bookcase is well stocked with every kind of cook book so why not have a bash at something new. We also provide oil spray and a range of spices and herbs to get you started. Our kitchen also has a dishwasher (dishwasher tablets provided) so you don’t even have to do the washing up. We have a small back garden shared with the upstairs neighbours (who are lovely) and there are 4 deckchairs and a table available for enjoying the sun (when it shows up lol) . It's nice and quiet to sit out and have your morning coffee. Guest access Guest access is the entire flat. The entrance is private and the front door is up four steps from the street, there is a back door with no steps for disabled access. Parking is on street, right outside the front door.
