Spacious two-room apartment (54m²) with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. In summer cozy courtyard (sun/shade), 250m to the bus stop (20 min. to Regensburg). The apartment is located at the foot of the Donaustaufer Burgberg, near the Walhalla and not far from the World Heritage Regensburg. The apartment is suitable for friends, couples, families with children, business travelers, cyclists, solo travelers... actually for everyone. We live in the same house and look forward to meeting you! The space It is a two-room apartment, about 54m² on the ground floor. Kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water boiler. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom (walk-through room to the bathroom!) with 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed (can also be set up as two single beds with 0.90 x 2.00 m each), wardrobe, radio alarm clock. Living room with satellite TV, folding sofas (1,40x2,00m futon) and if necessary bed for a small child with 1,00x1,34m) and bed (0,90x1,90m). Simple towels and bed linen are included. Unfortunately, it is not possible to park directly in front of the house. Hold it and unload it. The nearest parking spaces are 200 or 250 meters in both directions. Shelters for bicycles are there.
