Small apartment

Our small, simple apartment is a perfect base for various activities such as a beach vacation at Yngsjö or fishing trips to popular coasts and shores of the surrounding lakes, rivers or the Baltic Sea. Everöd is a dreamy, remote village. The house is situated in a rear parallel street to the main street through the village. By car or by bicycle you can make some nice excursions. The space It is a small apartment consisting of two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a hallway. The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, a cooking facility with two hotplates and a microwave. Overall, the apartment is a rather simple standard. The guest apartment has a balcony where smoking is allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Attention: The apartment is only separated by a staircase and a simple door from the apartment in the basement inhabited by Ferdi. So it does not have its own lockable entrance door to this unit. Occasionally, Ferdi may have to go to the storage room upstairs. To do this, he has to go through the hallway of the apartment to be rented. He announces himself by calling and knocking. Guest access Guests have their own entrance to the house and thus to the apartment. This entrance is basically also an entrance to the landlord's apartment, but is not used by him as such. The garden belonging to the house can also be used. A barbecue and a dining area for cozy evenings outdoors are also available here. Other things to note Two dogs (Cocker Spaniel, Donna & Ike) live with the host in the house. Rabbits and chickens live in the garden. There are a total of 3 simple bikes available, which can be rented free of charge. It is a man's bike and two women's bikes. The washing machine is in the basement and can be used for a small fee for water and electricity. To dry the laundry, the rotary clothesline in the yard can be used.
