Villa Maria Nea Stira - Luxury villa with sea view

Villa Maria is a sea-view villa close to the sea in a 5,000 sq. meters farm in a superb green environment full of trees and flowers. It is located at a beautiful, picturesque area about 1,4 kilometer north of the port of Nea Stira, close to the sea, in a a very quiet environment yet close to the life of Nea Stira and also close to a lot of interesting destinations in Southern Evia. The space Villa Maria is a two-floor building with two independent houses, one on the ground floor which is listed in AirBnB and one on the first floor where the owners occasionaly stay. Each floor has an surface of about 80 square meters. Guest access Our guests will have the exclusive use the whole house on the ground floor which consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen which is connected to the living room, a bathroom and a smaller WC. All rooms have access to a big veranda with sea-view and to the big garden.
