The Studio

Beautiful, well appointed studio annexe in the heart of the Hampshire countryside. South Warnborough is a wonderful place to base yourself for a short stay, nestled in the quiet, rolling countryside of Southern England but with easy access to London and to the South West. If you wouldn't mind including a short summary of the reason for your stay when you book I'd really appreciate it! The space The Studio is a cosy little converted sitting room formed from part of our 19th century farm workers cottage with adjoining kitchenette and shower room. Enter through your own private entrance into the kitchen area where you will find a sink, microwave, small fridge and portable induction hob. To get you started, enough self-service breakfast is provided for your first few mornings and will include items such as granola, bread, butter, jam, teas and coffees. If you have any special requests please let me know. In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable double bed. There is also a sofa along with a small television with an Amazon FireStick (your own logon will be required). Other things to note Please note that if you are taking advantage of the weekly or monthly room rate, an initial supply of breakfast will be here for you to last you a few days. The portable induction hob just has one hot plate, and is suitable for limited cooking. There are no laundry facilities within The Studio itself, but I am always happy to do a load of washing for you on request.
