No smoking or pets. Following strict cleaning guidelines to protect you! The space We pride ourselves in comfy beds, soft sheets, the smell of clean and peace and quiet. A well stocked kitchen is provided for your convenience with lots of extra tools and small appliances (toaster, blender& mixer). Both Keurig & traditional cup coffee maker included. Are you a family that suffers allergies? Our strict no pet and no smoking policy ensures clean air. We also have a new desk space for working from home! Guest access The entire house is yours to use and enjoy, with the exception of the fireplace and the back of the property. Front and side yards are for your enjoyment and use. Side yard includes a patio and charcoal grill for your convenience. Please note an active Ring doorbell camera on front porch may record your entry and/or exit of the home. Other things to note We are locals and know where to go for whatever you need. Just ask! Please note that we live in this neighborhood and as a result there is a $250 for any complaints from the neighbors for excessive noise or illicit or illegal activity or if the police are called to our home.
