The villa is built to high standards and offers all modern facilities. On the ground floor the entrance door leads to the living room and kitchen with dining area. From here, sliding doors lead to the spacious terrace / outdoor living area partially covered by a pergola under which the outdoor dining table and lounge is located. This terrace also accesses the pool. The ground floor also includes a bedroom with access to the terrace, a bathroom and the staircase leading to the 2nd floor. The second floor includes 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms access a large terrace. Both floors and all rooms have wonderful sea views and views to the coast, the village and the surrounding area. The property is completely enclosed and private, and a gate from the road leads to the parking space next to the house. Seeped in history, this quiet, coastal fishing village offers the perfect place for peace and relaxation. Far from the mass tourism often encountered on Crete’s northern coast, this is an area where you can explore Crete off the beaten track, or just spend your holiday unwinding and enjoying the crystal clear sea and the scenery. Lovely stone and whitewashed houses adorn the hillsides surrounding the old harbor, and along the seaside promenade there is a good selection of shops, restaurants with excellent food, and cafes. Chora Sfakion is the perfect starting point for exploring the beautiful south coast of Crete. The Client is responsible for himself, members of his party, and for any visitors he may have within the villa or grounds of the property and liable for any damages that are related in any way to the villa and its contents, and grounds. Any such damage must be repaired or replaced prior to departure; if he is unable, then the required payment should be made to the manager. It is prohibited to sublet the villa to any other parties. Noise generated from The Client or equipment that he is using in and around the villa must be kept to a respectable level in consideration of other guests in the neighborhood; music/noise and conversation must be reduced after 11 pm.
