Our northern home is a great location for fishing, birding, kayaking, canoeing, hunting, hiking, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and ATV/ORV riding. Snowmobile rides leave right from the driveway. Enjoy a bonfire outdoors or warm up by the gas fireplace inside. Wi-fi available for remote work. A picturesque trout stream in the rear of the property. The space Our northern hideaway home is a spacious area (1,820 sq ft) with three bedrooms and two open sitting areas to spread out. The large great room hosts a vaulted ceiling with a gas fireplace and large one way picture windows for watching birds and other wildlife. A game table provides great space for cards, boardgames or puzzles. This area also makes for a great remote workspace with a great view. Our dining table sits 6+. This home is for our family so there are lots of toys for kids (both indoors and outdoors). Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third kids’ bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on bottom and single on top (and floor mattress to pull out from under the bunk). Additional air mattresses fit in bedrooms or the common areas. A small picturesque trout stream flows through the back of our property down a rustic fisherman's trail. Snowmobilers have direct access to an extensive network of trails. Great hiking, birding, fishing and hunting all right in our area. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the home and to the front and backyard. Although the stream behind our home flows through private land, all waterways in Michigan or public to others who might be wadding/fishing. The pool is a part of the HOA and is shared. Other things to note Note that the pool is a part of the HOA and is located about 2 miles from the house. The pool is scheduled to be open Memorial Day - Labor Day and is subject to closures without previous notice do to maintenance, weather, and COVID-19 concerns. A signed waiver (digital) is required.
