Our modern and newly renovated vacation home in the middle of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains is located on a hill in Königstein. This guarantees you a beautiful and unobstructed view of the Lilienstein. With 1 bedroom for 2 + 1, terrace, garden The space In 2013/2014, our vacation home was completely renovated and converted into an energy-saving house. This apartment was completed in March 2014. Care was taken to plan a property that is as resource-saving as possible and also to create a property for our guests in which you immediately feel comfortable for the most beautiful days of the year. The house is almost completely (except bedroom top floor) equipped with energy-saving underfloor heating. A parking space is available for each apartment right in front of the house. If you need more than one parking space, we have several parking spaces available in the immediate vicinity. Bicycles are welcome to bring along. The apartment can be used quite easily with our second apartment on the ground floor. The entire house can be rented for up to 7 people. The garden is available for our guests, a barbecue area invites you to linger. Each apartment has its own spacious terrace with furniture and a relaxing lounger. The apartments each have a large flat-screen TV with satellite TV, a Blue-Ray/DVD player and a game collection, so you won't get bored even in bad weather. Wi-Fi is of course free for our guests in the house. The size of the apartment for 4 people is 75 sqm including terrace. We have a second apartment on the ground floor for a total of 7 people. Guest access Parking on site, right in front of the house. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Pets on request for a fee. The local tourist tax (€3 per night and adult, child from 7-17 years €2.50) is added to the travel price. The guest card also entitles you to use public transport in Saxon Switzerland.
