The space HOUSING *************** Perfect for families, friends vacations who wants to experiment the parisian way of Life ! • Floors : Ground floor + First floor ( no elevator because we are on the groundfloor/ accessible to the disabled ) • Accommodates : 10 • Bedrooms : 5 (the 3 rooms on the ground floor are close by curtains) • Sleeping arrangements : 6 beds ( 4 double beds, 2 singles beds) • We provide one set of towels (a big and and small one)/per person and the sheets • Bathrooms: 3 (2 italian showers, 3 toilets, 1 bath) • Living rooms : 2 • Laundry : washing machine + line clothes — • No extra cleaning, No extra towels and No extra sheets available • No music after 10pm / no party allowed • People who are not included in the initial reservation are not allowed in the apartment MINIMUM STAY *************** • 3 nights : during the year • 4 nights : July, August • 4 nights : between the 19th of December and the 6th of January DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL *************** • We will welcome you once at your arrival and show you the house, hand you the keys, explain you how things work and answer any questions you may have. Remember to call us 30 minutes before your arrival and let us know if you're late because we will wait for you at the apartment. • Standard arrival time is at 16.00 (4p.m.). If you wish to come earlier to drop off your luggage. It is usually possible from 11am. Please feel free to ask and we'll try to accomodate. • Departure is at 11.00 a.m. at the latest, to allow the cleaning person to clean and prepare the apartment for the next guest. If you wish to leave your luggage before taking your flight or train back, feel free to ask we will try to accommodate. WHAT’S JUST AROUND HERE ?
