Nice new and very cozy cottage in Dronningmølle within walking distance of the beach and town (about 700 m). The cottage has a large cozy garden with cable car, trampoline, outdoor shower and fireplace as well as an open and covered terrace. Large, lovely master bedroom with private bathroom, plus two good bedrooms. Second bathroom with sauna and bathtub. The cottage has a fireplace. The area offers many experiences. During the summer months, there is access to a private tennis court. The space Lovely new and very cozy holiday house in Dronningmølle. Walking distance to beach and village with restaurants and grocery shopping. Large park like garden with trampoline, flying fox, outdoor shower and campfire site. Outdoor terrace, covered and with heater and loudspeaker to enjoy the cozy evenings. Large bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Besides that 2 other good bedrooms. The house has 2 bathrooms, one with sauna and bathtub. The house has an indoor fireplace. During the summerperiod there will be access to private tenniscourt. Guest access You park right in front of the house Other things to note Electricity is NOT included in the price and payed upfront directly to owner through Danish Banking System MobilePay on 25288825, corresponding to 150 kr per day of the stay. Why? There are no possibility to settle electricity costs through AirBnB so this has to be directly with me. When the payment is done we will send the code for the Keybox. I will return unused cost of electricity. Please take picture of the electricity meter on arrival and departure and send to me. Right now we charge 3,5 kr per kWh because that is what we are charged. Winter time the cost can be very high, upto 200 kr per day. And a few cases guests has spend even more. Please think about the enviroment and your own wallet and don't let the lights, sauna, heaters on if not needed. Please also be aware you have to bring bed linnen, towels, tea towels. Sometimes I am able to rent it out, please ask for price and availability. Late check out can be aranged if no guests are arriving the same day. This is associated with a costs of 100 kr. per hour.
