Our place in the mountains. Home with a view.

The house is set in the Apuseni mountains, in Matisesti - Horea village, on the tourist road DN1R which connects the regions Cluj and Alba. An old house located at 1050m altitude, she offers a wonderful view over the valley. She has 6 accommodation places. To the ground floor : There are two rooms with double bed each, the kitchen and one bathroom. Upstairs it is one room with one double bed. Both floors have a terrace. In the same yard there is another cottage for two people. Capacity 8pers The space The view from our property is beautiful. The most special place in the yard is the terrace where the grill is located. Also here you have a seating area with hammock, sunbeds and tables for eating. For complete relaxation, you have access to a wooden barrel with hot water ( you light the fire) What is special about us is the fact that we make the whole house available to you so you have an intimate experience. You had to be self-sufficient. We leave you traditional dishes for breakfast, but you have to make your own meals using the grill or the fully equipped kitchen. This houses are for those who love rustic and tradition and also for those who love to light a fire in winter to warm themselves. Discover with us a simple, Romanian experience, with Romanian dishes, in an old wooden house. Other things to note Parking in the yard. Car access to the front of the house. It is good to know that the last part of the road is made of stone, a mountain road but accessible to any type of car less in the winter when we help you to get there by our car ( it is about 1km and your car stays in the parking place) A good place for hiking and biking. We have a video camera that monitors the parking place.
