The Hidden Cottage, set beside a meadow

This is the most original place to stay in the area! It is an ex dance studio with huge light filled, open plan sitting room with views over fields. Entrance hall for coats and muddy boots. Kitchen diner with fridge, washing machine, microwave, double oven & dishwasher. A double bedroom and a large bathroom with shower and bath. The big sitting room has a day bed. Second bedroom has a twin bed and big bathroom. A unique escape. Overlooking fields, watch deer, foxes and naughty rabbits The space The hidden cottage is next to our Stable annexe and also overlooks the cutting garden and field. Very close to Mayfield village with masses of history. Lovely local pubs, antique shops, vineyards, national trust houses abound. Also only 30 minutes from Brighton and gorgeous Rye. Make a weekend break feel like a holiday! You are welcome! Some dogs allowed. Guest access You enter by your own path and can walk in our field which you overlook. Other things to note These two converted farm buildings include The Hidden Cottage next to the Stables (on air B and B) so can be booked together for eight people total. All in the grounds of lower Crabb house. We also have two double rooms in the main house for a big party. The cottage is lovely and warm and now has a newly fitted log burner. Two big bathrooms and . Kitchen with proper double oven if you wish to eat in, good village shops...also, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The cottage is quiet and light filled perfect for a country getaway.
