This is an AONB, without the crowds and 30 minutes from the coast. In the cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine. The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. The cottage has its own secluded garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ, which catches the sun all day round- perfect for lazy days and a glass or two. The cottage is a Short walk from the Kings Head, the oldest thatched roof pub in Lincolnshire and the well know vintage room tea shop. The Main bedroom has a king zip and link bed, which can be made into a twin room and also contains a single sofa bed. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The Second bedroom has a double bed. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are on-site parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are allowed, but please check with host first before booking.
