A self-contained cottage situated in a quiet position surrounded by woodland within 4 miles of Guildford town centre and refurbished to a high standard with fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and downstairs toilet. There are four bedrooms , one ensuite and family bathroom. Parking for 3 cars. Large garden with patio and seating and large netted trampoline for use at your own risk. People from all backgrounds are welcome in our home. The space Accommodation is ideal for families and professional people. We provide a welcome pack of refreshments for your arrival. We can provide toys if you let us know the ages of any children. There is a large well equipped kitchen/dining room, with dining table comfortably seating 6 for family suppers. Also a water softener, dishwasher and microwave as well as full size oven and hob. There is a separate utility room with sink, washing machine and tumble drier with separate downstairs toilet. The sitting room has comfortable seating and smart TV, games console and DVD player. Double doors lead out on to the patio overlooking the garden with outside seating and BBQ. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, one double with king size bed, smart TV and ensuite bathroom with walk in power shower. A second double bedroom with king size bed and TV, and a further two single bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space. There is a family bathroom with full size bath and walk-in power shower. From the cottage there is easy access to A3. M3 and M25. Regular bus service nearby to Aldershot and Guildford Town Centre. with its old cobbled high street and restaurants, cafes, cinema and theatres. There is a fruit and vegetable market every Friday and Saturday. There are regular trains to London Waterloo from Guildford or Worplesdon Station which take 34 minutes. Wisley RHS gardens are a 20 minute drive from the cottage. Farnborough and Bisley are a short drive away. Also Chessington World of Adventure and Thorpe Park are within 30 minutes drive. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house and garden Other things to note A beautiful, quiet location to relax and also with easy transport connections to central London, the historic towns of Guildford, Farnborough, Wimbledon, Windsor, Portsmouth, Hampton Court and Royal Horticultural Society Gardens at Wisley. The cottage is situated in woodland at the end of an unmade track which can get potholed in bad weather but is completely accessible with a standard car
