The Artist's Studio, is a charming secluded one bedroom studio, ideal for the romantic getaway. Situated in the picturesque village of Kelling, The Artist's Studio is beautifully furnished with every comfort carefully considered. To enhance the outdoor space there are bi-fold doors that open onto a decked veranda, the perfect place to watch the wildlife and enjoy alfresco dining. Perfect love nest for two, Enjoy the inspiring views over fields and countryside, dog friendly, private parking. The space The Artist’s Studio is situated in the pretty village of Kelling and is a short 15/20-minute walk through the village and along a footpath to the local beach. The footpath takes you through a wetlands reserve ideal for bird spotting, retuning via Muckleburgh Hill to see excellent coastal views. (60 minutes round trip). There is no parking at the beach and no swimming, The pebble/sand beach is ideal for dog walking and bird spotting. Kelling village has a quaint tearoom & church and is also close to Holt and Salthouse. The Coastal Hopper can be picked up in the village. Within a short drive you will find a good selection of shops, great pubs, cafes, and restaurants and further afield you are still only a short drive from the beautiful sandy beaches in Cromer, Holkham and Wells The minute you arrive and walk through the gate you will feel relaxed, chilled, and ready to enjoy your break. Once onto the desk, you will see The Artist’s Studio is on one level and is an easy space to feel at home from the moment you unpack. The lounge and kitchen are open plan with doors that open onto the deck where you will find outdoor seating, all you will need are your binoculars. The main bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, drawers, Dyson hair dryer and TV. The bathroom has shower, toilet, bathroom amenities, to include mini toiletries of shampoo, hand and body lotion and a bar of soap. We have also supplied some toilet rolls and bathroom cleaner. Linen and towels are provided, and your beds are made up, ready for your arrival. We do not provide beach towels. The Kitchen is well equipped with a small fridge, gas hob and electric oven, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with one tube of coffee pods. and all the kitchen essentials needed for your holiday. We do provide tea towels and oven cloths The lounge offers a comfortable couch, two armchairs, a table and dining for two guests. A selection of games and playing cards can be found in the chest of drawers in the sitting room. We are in a rural area where Wi-Fi speed can sometimes be slow. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Each room has its own radiators, and they are thermostatically controlled. You will find cleaning essentials in the cupboard and under the kitchen sink, this includes a vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board, and mop. A charcoal Webber BBQ has been provided and is located on the patio area at the back of the Studio. The enclosed garden and outdoor area are safe for dogs to play and wander. Outdoor table and chairs, at the front and back of the studio, overlook the lawned garden with beautiful endless views of countryside. Well behaved dogs are welcome to stay, maximum 2 dogs. Please keep the garden tidy of dog mess (bag it up and please dispose of) Dogs must be always kept off the beds and sofa – Thank you Other things to note There are two steps to get in & out of The Studio.
