Charming La Zaubette cottage by the water

Small, quiet 66 m² chalet in the heart of the Ménil valley, between the Moselle and Moselotte valleys. A break in nature to breathe the air of the Hautes-Vosges, walk the village trails, and reach mountain passes, forests, lakes, waterfalls, and beautiful views. Ventron 14 min, Bussang 15 min, La Bresse 18 min, Gérardmer and Alsace 30 min. Hiking, mountain biking, skiing, tree climbing, crafts, gastronomy, local heritage and mountain villages: the true spirit of Vosges Attitude. The space The chalet comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, in a peaceful and green setting. Located on the "La Vosges Attitude" estate, it is nestled in a fully landscaped garden of 2,250 m², shared with a second chalet. From the terrace by the pond, you can enjoy a peaceful environment: stroll by the water, observe the koi carp and ornamental fish, listen to nature, and admire the garden and the surrounding mountains. This body of water, which is home to beautiful biodiversity, is also the reason why pets are not allowed. Fishing and swimming are forbidden. The chalet includes a living room with a perfectly equipped open kitchen, a living room with a French window opening directly onto the terrace by the pond, as well as a Godin stove to warm up the atmosphere on cooler evenings. The single-level master bedroom has a double bed and direct access to the terrace overlooking the pond. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom under the roof with a small porthole window accommodates 2 single beds. All beds are new and firm. The mattresses and bed bases are premium products and very comfortable. The cottage is designed to allow you to gather with family or friends in a warm atmosphere, while respecting the tranquility of the place. All interior amenities are provided to accommodate you in excellent conditions. The sauna, shared with the other chalet on the estate, completes this relaxing break. It's easy to arrange a time slot of at least 2 hours each day with other guests. Its access is included for any rental of a minimum of 5 nights, with the provision of bathrobes, sauna sheets and essential oils. For stays of less than 5 nights, the sauna is offered as an option at a flat rate of €50 for the entire duration of the stay. By default, the chalet must be returned as clean as when you arrived. In this case, no cleaning fee is applied. A cleaning option for €50 is available upon request. A reminder message will be sent to you offering this option. Guest access There are two cottages on the site. They each have private outdoor spaces, but the area around the small pond is shared between the two cottages. La Zaubette has a parking space in front of the cottage, in the courtyard, as well as a private terrace by the lake, accessible directly from the living room and the bedroom on the ground floor. A private garden is also located in front of the chalet. Charging of hybrid and electric vehicles up to 11 kW at an additional cost. WallBox charging station with standard Type 2 socket, compatible with the majority of hybrid and electric vehicles.
