Very bright and cozy apartment, separate bedroom, spacious living and dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Parking available in front of or around the property. The apartment is ideally located in the thermal region, 4 km south of Baden, 20 km south of Vienna, bus station (15 m), Bad Vöslau train station (1.3 km), 20 min by train/ 18 min by car to the subway in Vienna. The space The apartment consists of a living/dining room, bedroom, kitchen, kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet and anteroom. The living area is equipped with a cozy pull-out couch. The dining area can accommodate up to 6 people. The TV has satellite TV. In the bedroom there is a large double bed (1.80 x 2 m) and a large mirror cabinet. Bed linen is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker and of course all dishes, wine glasses, pots and pans. Furthermore, a washing machine is also available. Towels, shampoo and shower gel are provided in the bathroom with shower. A quiet, unseen garden also invites you to linger (may be shared with other guests). Storage for bikes, stroller, scooter, motorbikes, ... is available. There is the possibility to rent a second apartment in the same house. Guest access The apartment can be locked separately. Access to the apartment via a shared entrance area and a staircase. The apartment is on the first floor. Other things to note Local tax: €2.40 per night/per person is payable separately on site in cash.
