Serena Village AirBnB is a residence with 11 Pools, playground, sports court and gardens. Serena Village Punta Cana AirBnB with Private apartments in a gated complex with security guards 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The space Services included in the Residential Common Area: 1 Parking for each Reserved Apartment, patios and gardens with 11 outdoor pools in common, 4 bathrooms and shower in the pool areas, tables and chairs in the common pool areas, elevator, Private Security staff 24/7. Guest access There is no reception. CHECK-IN HOURS FROM 3:00 PM TO 7:00 PM (From 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm) Check-in is not done Before 15:00 (3:00 pm) Check-in is not performed After 19:00 (7:00 pm) To check-in, the client needs to communicate through our telephone number (contact) that appears in their AirBnB reservation confirmation, in order to authorize their entry into the residential. Alternatively, customers can send a message through AirBnB's secure message system. The Apartment number is assigned on the day of check-in and will be transmitted through AirBnB's secure message system on the day of your check-in. CHECK-IN TIMETABLE FROM 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM (From 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm) Check-in is not done Before 15.00 (3.00 pm) Check-in is not carried out after 7:00 p.m. (7:00 p.m.) In case you want to check-in before 15.00 (3.00 pm) or after 19.00 (7.00 pm) you need to send a request for Early Check-in or posticipated through AirBnB and pay the Extra of US $ 50. CHECK-OUT TIMETABLE at 11.00 am Check-out is not performed before and after 11.00 am. In case you want to leave before or after 11.00 am you need to send a request for Early Check-out or posticipado through AirBnB and pay the Extra of US $ 50. Children of all ages are understood as additional guests and must pay the fee of US $ 10 per child per day. You need to recharge the Electricity of your rented Apartment when you check-in. Consumption is measured in KW from your Check-in until your Check-out. The customer needs to recharge the CEPM Light Prepaid Meter, with the data provided by our staff, on the day of check-in. On the day of your Check-in we will send you all the data of the CEPM Prepaid Meter for each rented Apartment. After your Check-In, you will receive a link in order to verify the electricity consumption of your reserved apartment 24 hours a day, through CEPM's prepaid meter monitoring system. The meter balance can be viewed in real time, and is updated every 15 minutes. The electricity cost depends only on you, based on your use of the appliances and air conditioners in your rented apartment. The electricity expense is calculated in KW, according to the KW consumed, from your Check In to your Checkout. By booking, you accept these terms and conditions for electricity consumption for each apartment reserved and cannot plead ignorance in case of not reading or not respecting these conditions. FULL REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF US $ 100: The day of Check-in you need to pay a Full Refundable Damage Deposit of $ 100 USD in Cash.
