Ivy Cottage is a one bed detached cottage set in the grounds of the owners main property. Located in the historic village of Marshchapel in N. E. Lincolnshire, it is a 10 minute drive to the seaside town of Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire wolds and the market town of Louth. The bungalow is newly decorated with new bathroom, kitchen, furniture and carpets. It features a private patio with seating and secure private gated car parking. WiFi, TV, complementary tea, coffee and snacks. The space The cottage offers lounge with two double sofas along with a small dining table for two. TV has Netflix and Amazon Prime and good wifi throughout. Fully fitted kitchen with new oven, new hob, new fridge and all utensils needed for cooking. Complimentary tea and coffee and snacks Bathroom is all newly fitted with a great shower. Bedroom has a double bed and also available is a fold away bed suitable for children or a third adult. There are numerous USB charging points on the wall mounted sockets throughout. We now also offer use of a garden pub within a large heated log cabin. Complete with wifi and projector for movies/sports and general entertainment. Based on a strictly bring your own drinks policy. Please note, we cannot guarantee opening hours. The nearby seal sanctuary at Donna Nook is an amazing annual sight to see. Upwards of 2,000 seals gather to give birth to over 2,100 pups between end of October to mid December. Free to visit and binoculars definitely not required.
