The space Our duplex house is comfortably prepared to welcome guests: 01 Air-conditioned master suite on the upper floor with double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, and a wonderful balcony overlooking the green area of the city. 01 Air-conditioned single suite on the upper floor with 03 box beds, being able to join the two, transforming them into a super king, with a wardrobe and table for home office or study. Showers with eco-friendly solar thermal heating system. Living room, ground floor, air-conditioned with sofa bed, toilet, TV, board games and wine cellar for you to chill your wine at the ideal temperature. Dining room equipped for a good meal, providing memorable moments with family/friends, and also tasting in our coffee corner. Kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, cooktop and accessories necessary for preparing delicious food. In the service area, we have a washing machine and an ironing board with an electric iron. In the yard, we have a shower for those who want to cool off outdoors, even though there is a pool in the condominium. And our balcony!!!! Totally versatile, allowing you to rest in the hammock enjoying a good read to the sound of birds or a good meat on our portable barbecue, and, at night, the tasting of a good wine and rest from the trails and rivers you walked during the day.
