The space Our duplex house is comfortably prepared to welcome guests: 01 Air-conditioned master suite upstairs with double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, and a wonderful balcony with green area view of the city. 1 Air-conditioned single suite on the upper floor with 03 boxing beds, being able to join the two, turning them into super king, wardrobe and desk for home office or study. Shuveiros with eco friendly thermal solar heating system. Air-conditioned ground room with sofa bed, lavabo, TV, board games and winery for you to cool your wine to the ideal temperature. Dining room equipped for a good meal, providing memorable moments for family/friends, and also tasting in our coffee corner. Kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, cooktop and necessary accessories for the preparation of a delicious food. In the service area we have washing machine and board with electric iron, in the backyard we have a big shower for those who want to cool off outdoors, even if there is the pool in the condominium. And our balcony !!!! totally versatile, allowing the rest in the net enjoying a good reading to the sound of the birds or a good meat in our portable barbecue, and , at night, the tasting of a good wine and rest of the trails and rivers that went through during the day.
