This charming estate is situated on the hills that overlook Lake Garda , 5 mins drive from the town of Salò. Perfectly sized for up to 14 guests, as well as smaller groups, this property provides a peaceful living in a totally private environment. Spacious rooms, high-end furniture, large pool and solarium, beautiful garden, acres of olive trees, AC, Wifi, working station, soccer field and bowling green are there for the comfort of your stay. All this just 5 mins from towns, shops and beaches. The space The property features the Manor House and the Dependance. Our beautiful veranda serves as main entry to the house, and from here you can access the 2 units. MANOR HOUSE On the ground floor, there is the living room with couches, coffee table and smart TV; a very spacious dining room with direct access to the porch and the garden; a large and fully equipped kitchen that opens up the the other porch with a bbq, a large dining table and a relaxing area; a working station, and a service bathroom with laundry amenities. Two extra-large bedrooms are located on the first floor, each of them with its private bathroom. On the mezzanine floor, the Villa has one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds. Both rooms have en-suite private bathroom. DEPENDANCE On the ground floor there is cozy livingroom overlooking the garden. On the first floor, there is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and two other double bedrooms sharing the bathroom. All the 7 bedrooms are very bright, and are furnished with every comfort, king-sized beds, large closets, fully blackout shutters and independent AC units. PLEASE NOTICE THAT ALL THE 7 BATHROOMS ARE CURRENTLY UNDER RENOVATION. THE GARDEN The two porches overlooking the garden are furnished with any comfort for dining and relaxing, including a built-in barbecue. The chlorine-free swimming pool is surrounded by a large solarium with 10 sun beds, umbrellas, a pergola covered by wine leaves, and a table with chairs. In the garden you will find relaxing areas like wooden benches under the trees and an hammock, as well as beautiful flowers all over the garden. You will also find a soccer field, a bowling green, and covered parking for 6 vehicles. From the garden, our guests can walk directly to the olive plantation, for spectacular walks and Lake view. The property is entirely fenced. Guest access Access to the property is through a gate, for which you will be given remote controls. There are six covered parking spaces, as well as additional space for extra vehicles. Please note that caravans are not allowed. The villa is built on a gentle hill, so there are steps both inside the house and in the garden. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE Bed linen, towels, pool towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, dish soap and cleaning products are provided for every stay. For staying longer than 6 nights, a mid-week cleaning service is provided. As per our national regulations, you will be required to show your IDs during the check-in, as it is mandatory to register the data of every guests. The Municipality of Puegnago del Garda requires the payment of the city tax that host must collect from the guests (cash only) at the check-in. The tax is €1/person/night.
