This charming estate is situated on the hills that overlook Lake Garda , 5 mins drive from the town of Salò. Perfectly sized for up to 14 guests, as well as smaller groups, this property provides a peaceful living in a totally private environment. Spacious rooms, high-end furniture, large pool and solarium, beautiful garden, acres of olive trees, AC, Wifi, working station, soccer field and bowling green are there for the comfort of your stay. All this just 5 mins from towns, shops and beaches. The space The Villa features the Manor House and the Dependance. Our beautiful Veranda serves as the main entry to the Villa, and from here you can access both units. Please note that the entire property is rented to one group or family at a time - you will have exclusive use of all spaces, with no sharing or mixing with other guests. MANOR HOUSE On the ground floor, after entering from the bright Veranda, you will find our beautiful living room with large couches, a big coffee table, and a smart TV. Next to it, there is a service bathroom with laundry amenities. Going just three steps up, you will find our very spacious dining room with direct access to the eastern porch, perfectly warm in the mid seasons. Also on the ground floor, there is the large and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen opens up directly to the western porch, sun-lit until the evening and overlooking the park and the pool area. In this porch, so green and fresh all over summer, there is a BBQ, a large dining table and a relaxing area. On the ground floor of the Manor House there is also a working station. On the mezzanine floor, you will find one double bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds. Both rooms have en-suite private bathrooms. Finally, two extra-large bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with its own private bathroom (one is ensuite, one is in front of the room). DEPENDANCE From the Veranda, just in front of the entry to the Manor House, there is the entry to our lovely Dependance. On the ground floor, there is a cozy and bright living room overlooking the southern part of the garden. This living room features a couch, a smart TV and many toys for the younger and older ones. On the first floor, there is the master bedroom with double exposure and an en-suite bathroom, and two double bedrooms sharing one large bathroom. All 7 bedrooms are very bright and furnished with every comfort: king-sized beds, large closets, fully blackout shutters, cotton linen, double pillows, extra blankets, and independent AC units. All the 6 bathrooms have just been renovated. THE PARK & THE POOL AREA Our garden, always well-maintained, extends over 20,000 square metres. There is plenty of room for the young ones (and the dogs!) to run and enjoy nature, and many relaxing corners including a hammock. Beautiful flowers, trees and a rich variety of plant life are there for your enjoyment. From the garden, you can access directly the olive groves, which cover a surface of more than 10 hectares. If you walk to the top of the hill, you will find a breathtaking view of the Lake. The property is entirely fenced. The chlorine-free infinity pool is very generous in size, about 17x6 metres, and is sun-lit all day, offering spectacular sunset views. It features two depths: a shallow area (about 1 metre) and a deep end (more than 2 metres). The pool is surrounded by a large solarium with sun beds with pillows, umbrellas, a pergola covered by vine leaves, benches and a coffee table. Within the property, you will also find a soccer field, a bowling green, and covered parking for 6 vehicles. Guest access Access to the property is through a gate, for which you will be given remote controls. There are six covered parking spaces, as well as additional space for extra vehicles. Please note that caravans are not allowed. The villa is built on a gentle hill, so there are steps both inside the house and in the garden. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE Bed linen, towels, pool towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, dish soap and cleaning products are provided for every stay. For staying longer than 6 nights, a mid-week cleaning service is provided. As per our national regulations, you will be required to show your IDs during the check-in, as it is mandatory to register the data of every guests. The Municipality of Puegnago del Garda requires the payment of the city tax that host must collect from the guests (cash only) at the check-in. The tax is €1/person/night.
