Pasithea Elegant Villa, is situated in one of the most priviliged spots of the island, on Bohali hill. Overlooking Zakynthos town, the southwest coast of the island and the endless blue waters of the Ionian Sea and surrounded by the green of the olive groves it will draw you in creating a unique paradise-like feel that will make your vacation heavenly. This brand new villa is modernly equipped and elegantly furnished and decorated in order to offer guests luxury and comfort! The space Pasithea is a 170 s.m brand-new maisonette (1st floor and loft) and accommodates up to 7 people (max 6 adults). It consists of 3 large bedrooms, two of which have en suite bathrooms, one extra bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with all utilities such as microwave oven, espresso and coffee machine, dishwasher, large cooker and refrigerator, dining table, living room with sofa and fireplace. There is a 49 inch plasma satellite TV with CD-DVD player in the living room and two more large plasma satellite TVs in the bedrooms. Air conditioning (cold/heat) and WiFi internet access is available throughout. The maisonette also features many floor to ceiling windows that lead to spacious balconies offering unobstructed views of the endless blue sea and the majestic coasts in the surrounding area. Guest access Pasithea is a three bedroom villa covering two floors (1st floor and loft) which all offer great sea view. Situated within a fenced private property it offers private parking with remote controlled gates and a sea-view private swimming pool as well with a balcony gas-BBQ. Entering the villa from the main entrance we find a spacious living room along with the open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes all utilities while the living room features a comfortable sofa and fireplace. As we enter further into the house a bathroom with walk in shower as well as one bedroom with two single beds can be found. The master bedroom with the queen sized bed offers an en suite bathroom with walk in shower. A third bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an extra single bed are located on the upper floor, where a spacious loft is located, also including an en suite bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned and offer spacious wardrobes. The whole floor is private and used only by the guests of the villa, whereas the owners live on ground floor so that they can fulfill at any time their guests’ requests but at the same time respect and secure their need for maximum privacy. Other things to note Please read and confirm u accept the following house rules and guidelines before booking the villa. -This villa is located in a peaceful family-friendly area therefore, it is of high importance all guests to be respectful and avoid any activity that might disturb neighbors. -Thus parties, night-swimming/using the pool at night hours, talking loudly at the balcony or listening to the music late at night are strictly prohibited. -Particular attention should be paid during quite hours which are from 15.00 to 17.30 pm & from 11.00 pm to 8 am during summer period. -It is forbidden to include more people in the rental property than stated in the booking confirmation. In case of violation, we can make use of our house right and resolve the lease immediately. -There is a age restriction so the guest booking the house should be not less than 30 years old. -A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival.
