Recently renovated house on the north side of Stillwater. On a paved road with easy access to the turnpike. Private tree-lined gravel drive and parking area with plenty of space for parking cars, trucks, or trailers. Serenity Bed & Barn has three guests bedrooms available and welcomes well-behaved dogs or cats. We may also be able to accommodate horses or mules for a short stay on a case by case basis. This is a 4,000 sqft farmhouse that was renovated in 2016. There are three bedrooms available for AirBnB guests to reserve. The guest bedrooms and the (owner occupied) master suite are separated by a 400 sqft kitchen, a living/dining room, and a family room. The living/dining room is available for AirBnB guests to use and has comfortable seating for six. The dining table is 8' long with seating for eight. Access to the house is through a Kevo smart lock, and occupants of each room will receive an e-key upon check-in. Guest bedrooms are on the opposite end of the house from the homeowner's rooms. A full bathroom and half bathroom are on the same hallway. Large living room for relaxing and a large dining table for eating or working. Homeowners are willing to socialize with guests, but are also happy to allow guests their privacy if desired. Serenity Bed & Barn is located on the north side of Stillwater, very near the entrance to the Cimarron Turnpike. We are off a paved road and have a very nice tree-lined, gravel driveway and parking area. The house is situated on 12 acres and is home to two dogs and lots of wildlife. We do not have access to public transportation and are far enough from Stillwater that few restaurants will deliver. However, there is a WalMart Neighborhood Market, Lowe's, Petco, and Academy Sports about five miles away. Several restaurants are just as close. None of the guest rooms have a television or radio, but wireless and wired internet is available. All of the rooms have quilts handmade by my mother, and there are extra if you need additional warmth at night or while sitting in the living area.
