This 3 bedroom 2 bath cabin was developed in response to the beautiful landscape it is placed within and is surrounded by forest and wildlife, overlooking a pond. INDOOR SPACE: Modern interior with open vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, wood-burning stove (wood provided), ducted air conditioning/heating system, Sonos sound system, custom designed millwork, lofted play area, book & games collection, and spectacular forest and pond views from the living room areas. OUTDOOR SURROUNDINGS: Forested landscape with a private pond fed by a small waterfall, picnic table & fire pits, tree swings, private and secluded location, surrounding forest views, charcoal grill (charcoal not provided). KITCHEN: Fully equipped, drip coffeemaker, tea kettle, cooking basics & spices. GENERAL: Linens & towels, complimentary toiletries, washer/dryer. There is a Pack 'N Play available upon request. PARKING: Gravel driveway with plenty of room for a few vehicles. This property has 4 exterior security cameras overlooking the driveway, pond, and entry doors. All cameras except the driveway cam are disarmed at guest check in, and then turned back on at checkout. All cameras face outwards, and do not look into the interior spaces. Guest access We keep a handful of cabinets and a storage room locked, but other than this the house and property are open to explore. Other things to note We have the driveway plowed in the wintertime, but guests should have a AWD or 4WD vehicle to access the property during snow season. There is a Sullivan County burn ban every spring from mid March through until mid May, and no open fires are permitted during this time. Feel free to use the wood stove and outdoor barbeque, but no open fires are permitted in either of the outdoor fire pits.
