Separate fully furnished spacious apartment on the ground floor of a family house in a quiet location of Orlické Mountains near Deštná in O. H. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer. A large built-in wardrobe is used to store clothes. Even in the hot summer, the apartment is pleasantly cool thanks to the east-facing windows and the solid walls. The accommodation is suitable for families with children, young couples or seniors. Extra bed possible. The space The surroundings are suitable for hiking and cycling, in winter for cross-country skiing. The house is located in a quiet and remote part of the village consisting of inhabited hamlets and recreational buildings in the middle of meadows and groves. The family house was completely renovated and re-approved in 2022. In front of the house there is a spacious courtyard for parking and under the house there is a garden with a playground, a trampoline and a spacious outdoor seating area with a barbecue. There are a total of 4 apartments for guests in the house. I live in a part of the house with a separate entrance with my family. Guest access For guests there is a separate entrance to the house with a hall from which the apartment door enters the apartment. Other things to note For small children we rent a travel cot, dining chair, potty, children's toilet seat. By prior arrangement in winter, it is possible to use a fireplace. We can prepare a heated fireplace for the time of arrival or a chilled sparkling wine. Breakfast is available by prior arrangement. There is an outdoor seating area with a grill - in summer with a dispensing device, where you can pour yourself Dobruška beer.
