Located in a charming village above Stresa, our holiday apartment has been thoughtfully furnished, equipped and decorated in order to serve as a wonderful “home away from home” during your visit. With its peaceful setting, stunning views, numerous amenities and close proximity to many of the area’s most popular attractions, the property truly makes for an ideal base from which to explore this beautiful region. Maciej & Brenda The space Located in a new modern building, the apartment offers breathtaking panoramic views from every room thanks to two oversized glass sliding doors that flood the unit with an abundance of natural light. The spacious terrace provides additional 30 meters of outdoor space for dining “al fresco”, sunbathing or simply relaxing with a glass of wine and your favorite book. There is also a small private garden right underneath the terrace which is great for those bringing along their four-legged friends. One of the best features of the property is the tranquility that surrounds it. With no major roads nearby, beautiful nature sounds are typically just about the only thing breaking the silence. The layout of the apartment provides for complete privacy and the high quality furnishings ensure comfort for up to four adults. To make everyone’s stay even more enjoyable numerous amenities had been provided, including retractable sun shades on the terrace, a washing machine and fast wi-fi internet service, to name a few. The property is also professionally cleaned and thoroughly disinfected after every rental to ensure safe and worry-free holidays for all our guests. The building is one of the newest in Magognino and features several modern conveniences such as private garages right on the premises and an elevator. It is located about 200 meters from the village center where you’ll find a church, a bus stop and a small shop selling meats and cheeses. The nearest restaurant can be found about 1 km away in neighboring Stropino and another is just a bit further at the nearby golf club (Golf Des Iles Borromees). There are plenty of additional options in Stresa, along with supermarkets, various specialty shops and other services, which is only a few minutes drive from the apartment. Prior to your arrival we will provide you with lots of great recommendations for planning out your stay, highlighting not only the most popular tourist attractions but also some of our absolute favorite places throughout the region, including local restaurants and pizzerias, cozy cafes and some of the best ice cream shops around. Guest access The apartment is located in a modern new building with a secure entrance and elevator. There are no common areas such as a swimming pool or garden. Guests will have access to the whole apartment as well as a private one-car garage located on the premises. Other things to note Early check-in and/or late check-out are offered with no additional fees, subject to availability and only with prior confirmation. Baby crib and high chair can be provided upon request at no additional cost, subject to availability. For best chance of securing those items please contact us as early as possible. Towels and linens are not provided automatically but can be rented from us for a small additional fee of €10 per person, per stay (€5 for towels and €5 for linens). The fee for these items can be paid in cash upon arrival or departure and, of course, it does not apply to guests who elect to bring their own.
