Ground Floor The generous open plan living area boasts high beamed ceilings and archway, befitting of the stonework walls. This uniquely designed space has distinctive features such as the impressive wood and mirrored wall creating the divide between living and sleeping areas. High quality pieces of furniture such as the curved sofa and state of the art kitchen harmoniously combine contemporary design with traditional features. This elegant space is created to enjoy social gatherings in a comfortable, functional way. Included in the world renowned kitchen appliances is a wine fridge that will be stocked with a selection of Crete’s fine wines to compliment any dinner (extra charge, payable locally) and the Broil KIng barbecue, located just beyond the patio door, will cook steaks to perfection.The sleek indoor dining table seats 10 and extends from the kitchen island, enhancing the experience of social dining and patio doors lead directly to the exterior dining area with its exquisite hand made table, offering a seamless connection for the most pleasurable dining experiences. Two master ensuite bedrooms can be found on the ground floor. Bold and luxurious in design, each room has a plush Queen size bed (1,80x2,00) and two seater sofa for additional comfort and privacy if desired. Patio doors lead to the garden beyond and a bespoke glass and iron wall separates the bedrooms from the ensuite bathrooms with their high quality fixtures and fittings. A WC is also available for communal use, with toilet and vessel sink, as well as a utility area with a washer/dryer and all helpful appliances to ensure a relaxing break. First Floor A completely autonomous space is reached via external stairs which lead to a large open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living room. Classic design blends with the mix of stone and plaster walls and beamed ceiling. The living room is defined by large pieces of comfortable seating, open fireplace and window seat that beckons you to the view beyond. The 65” Smart TV with Netflix and PS5 makes it the ideal spot for movie watchers or gamers, while the office area allows for some quiet time to catch up on emails with arguably the best office view in Crete. A large pergola on the balcony creates shade for a light afternoon nap in the hammock or meal at the 10 seater dining table which offers another perspective over the majestic view and an awe inspiring sunset. A further two double bedrooms with Queen size beds (1,80 x 2,00), 45” TV (one smart TV, one with Satellite) and sea view are located on the first floor. The bedrooms share one good sized bathroom which is easily accessible to both. A spiral staircase leads to the ‘penthouse’ bedroom. Light and dreamy, with a sloped, attic style roof, the bedroom has 2 large armchairs in which to while away some quiet hours while making the most of the panoramic views offered by the surrounding windows. A walk-in wardrobe and ensuite jacuzzi bath add to the opulence. Outdoor Area The 3500 sq. m. outdoor area is simply stunning. Lush grassed lawns are dotted with trees and plants while impressive palm trees line the bay below adding yet another tropical note. With its vast outdoor area and plenty of seating, one can enjoy independence when desired but also take part in relaxing in the spa, being active on a SUP board or running around the grassed lawn with a football. The outdoor facilities include: - 55 m2 private swimming pool (1,5 - 2,5m depth) with ladder access. The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge, for the entire stay and it requires at least one week's advance notice. The pool area is equipped with deluxe sunbeds, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. - Outdoor spa area with a 4 seater hot tub, wooden sauna, an extra shower plus a relaxing sitting area with view of the palm trees and the sea. - Comfortable outdoor seating area and dining table for 10 under the pergola will offer you an unforgettable alfresco dining experience. - Broil King gas barbecue and outdoor sink will allow you to prepare your homemade meals - Snorkelling equipment and 4 SUP boards (which can also be transformed as canoes) are also available free of charge. - The ping pong table, football and volley ball nets will keep our young guests entertained.
