"AmBach 1" apartment with large terrace

In our “TalBach” vacation resort, 15 modern apartments and the “BachHaus” vacation home are available to you near the Rursee. We offer you an attractive ambience on different sized rooms and a high feel-good factor thanks to the spacious layout with fitted kitchen, living-dining room, bedroom and bathroom. The 11 apartments "TalBlick 1-4", "BachBlick 1-6" and "Maisonette" are located in the main building and the 4 apartments "AmBach 1-4" are in the middle building. The space "AmBach 1" - Vacation apartment with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms This apartment is located on the ground floor of the "TalBach" annex and has a 50 m² terrace directly on the Erkensruhr. The apartment was completely renovated in May 2017, completely newly furnished and has very upscale furnishings. "AmBach 1" offers 130 m² of living space and a living-dining room of about 50 m² of space for a relaxing vacation. In the living area, the large sofa bed allows overnight accommodation for 2 extra people. The modern kitchen with cooking island is open and very well equipped, of course with dishwasher and microwave included. In the sleeping area there are 3 double rooms (180 x 200 cm) and one bedroom with a king size bed (140 x 200 cm). In total, "AmBach 1" offers space for a maximum of 10 holiday guests. The 3 new bathrooms have a modern shower, hanging toilet and sink. 2 bathrooms are en-suite, another bathroom is accessible from the hallway. In addition, a guest toilet is offered. The entire facility certainly fulfills your wishes for a comfortable vacation home. Outside there is a parking space.
