Downstairs, the well-equipped kitchen is large enough for dining in, complete with all the cooking essentials. Guests are kindly asked to clean up after use. The living room is sizeable, with a comfortable three-seater corner sofa and a TV—licensing covered. There’s a private front garden too. Upstairs: The spacious bedroom features a double bed with a Simba Hybrid Mattress, a large mirrored wardrobe, and ample room for personal items. Multiple plug points and a radiator are present, and all bedding, including bath towels, is provided fresh for each guest. A desk and chair cater to work or study needs, and the room's rear position assures a quiet setting, overlooking a nice view, for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom is fitted with both a bath and a separate shower cubicle. Guests have access to free and fast Wi-Fi. The house is conveniently situated for access to Leeds, Wakefield, and Dewsbury, as well as the M1, M62, M621, and A1. Free off-street parking is available at the back, and there’s ample free on-street parking at the front. Guest access You have access to the entire house, expect the cellar and the second bedroom. The second bedroom is used for storage by the house owner and is locked. Other things to note -- The house has two bedrooms but the second bedroom is locked and is used for storage. You also don't have access to the cellar. Other than this you have the entire house during your stay. -- For safety reasons please do not use the fireplace in the living room (IMPORTANT!) -- Maximum guests are two. For the second guest, there is an extra charge per night. Please make sure you select 2 people when you book the house. The accommodation sleeps 2 adults only. The accommodation is not child-friendly. If you prefer to stay in separate beds then the corner sofa in the living room can be transferred to a sofa bed. -- No pets allowed. -- Please make sure the front door and back door of the house are locked at all times, even if you are inside the house! -- This house is perfect for someone who drives. There are regular buses to town (Wakefield and Leeds) but if you don't drive it may take you longer to reach local amenities such as supermarkets.
