Village house near Henley for Regatta & Chilterns

A mile and a half outside Henley on Thames, a four bedroom Victorian cottage (with extensions and an attached wooden barn, providing an additional sitting room and den with pool table). Easy access to Henley and the Chiltern Hills AONB. Large kitchen/dining with Aga, sitting room with fireplace, utility room with toilet, three double bedrooms (one en suite), one twin bedroom and a family bathroom. Secluded fenced/hedged garden with outside dining and seating areas and large ornamental pond. The space We have four double bedrooms, one a twin, a large modern kitchen/dining area (seating 8), and two sitting rooms, both with Sky TV. There is a large entrance hall with piano. In the barn we have a rowing machine, and the pool table can be turned into a table tennis table, but if you want exercise this "area of outstanding natural beauty" is renowned for walking and biking. The garden will be beautiful in summer and it is a lovely place for outdoor eating with garden furniture and different seating areas. Guest access The entire house is accessible except for a storage area in the mezzanine above the barn.
