Larsbråten is a rural property a little off the beaten track. The property has for several generations been used for recreation and parties. Here there is a large kitchen and three living rooms and at the same time the cozy atmosphere is preserved. In the stately and warm rooms it is just as nice to be few as many! The space Here you can receive day visits and arrange competitions, games and fun. The courtyard and manor house are located on a hill overlooking cornfields, pastures and forested hills. There is a rich bird life, and along the farm there is a meandering river that you can walk along and where there are beavers and deer. In the house there is parquet with underfloor heating in three living rooms. There are two large open fireplaces and wood stoves in all rooms. Firewood is included in the price. From the living room there are double veranda doors out to the glass veranda with stairs down to the garden. The garden is decorated with seating groups located both around the courtyard and in the back garden which is located in the extension of the house's glass veranda. There are plenty of clean tablecloths, tableware and cutlery. Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels must be brought by yourself or rented for NOK 200 per set. Let me know if you want to rent. There are several gravel roads at the property that in turn lead into trails. Behind the pastures next to the property there is a smaller road where it is possible to cycle or rollerblade. Guest access It is only a 45-minute drive to Oslo and 50 minutes to Oslo Airport. There is a bus stop on the farm. There is good access to parking spaces for cars and possibly buses. Other things to note It is possible to hold larger events on the property and then use the courtyard barn and possibly other houses for covering and accommodation.
