The property is approximately 3000 square foot and is surrounded by extensive woodland gardens of just over an acre with a woodfired hot tub with bubbles and lights and close to pubs serving food. The space *New for 2019 we have installed a 7kw log burner in the front living room perfect for creating cozy winter family get togethers & a 5ft 6 pool table* Our large and welcoming detached family home provides 5 bedrooms, 3 reception rooms and 4 bathrooms/toilets. Sat within a beautiful woodland garden of 1 acre with hot tub and enjoying views of open countryside, our family home provides spacious modern living standards in a mature countryside location on the edge of the highly popular village of Sutton on the Forest. We have three double bedrooms: one super king with en-suite, one king and one standard double. We also have two further bedrooms, both are twins (two singles). The house has four bathrooms, including two baths. Large reception rooms include a living room with wood burning stove, games room complete with pool table, games console and cinema projector and a conservatory. There are lots of games, books and toys for you to enjoy. Holmlea enjoys a delightful setting adjoining farmland, with ample parking for up to five cars. The house is set back from the road and is screened at the front by hedging. Extensive lawn and shrub gardens are interspersed with mature trees including willow, poplar, birch, spruce, horse chestnut and cherry, and the whole plot is securely fenced and netted. The garden also has a pony paddock area/football pitch. The whole area amounts to 1 acre. Other things to note We provide towels, bedding and the basics you would expect in a kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, herbs and spices, dishwasher tablets etc...). please bring your own towels for the hot tub outside.
