Room with private bathroom - house /1 parking spot

My place is near the Ipiranga Museum, Independence Park, great bakeries, great place to eat: Tenda Árabe (on the corner), several restaurants nearby, including Paellas Pepe, Hamburgueria do Nico, Bar do Nico, many happy hour bars, 2 km from Sacomã metro station, 1 block from Rua Bom Pastor where buses pass to different areas of SP. The space Clean environment, few furniture to facilitate circulation, great natural lighting, quiet and no one to bother. My space can be used for work or study. I live alone in the house, with no pets, keeping everything clean and organized all the time. I have a large, sunny backyard that is also considered a guest circulation area. Guest access Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The service area is external and can be used by the guest, as long as the house's cleanliness and order rules are respected. Note: During this pandemic period, I am restricting the kitchen to support only, use of microwave, filter and refrigerator, as I live in the house (unless it is for a simple meal or a quick snack). Because of this, I am giving preference to guests who need a short stay. Unless they eat out or order delivery. This should be reviewed as social isolation policies are relaxed. During your stay I always try to find out about the needs or difficulties of my guests and help in any way I can to make their lives easier and less complicated during their stay at my homes. Other things to note My space is ideal for short periods, as I have no wardrobe in the room, only shelves. I have a great workbench for those who need to study or work. Very quiet, peaceful location, except during school hours, as there is a nearby school and the children make the biggest racket during entry and recess times, Monday through Friday.
