Restoration and improvements have made the house a lovely and comfortable place to be for short or long-term stays. The property is located in a small-farm community, on a very quiet street that lies next to Whipple Creek forest area. Depending on the season, deer, coyotes and many bird species are commonly seen and/or heard. A peaceful place with lots of fresh air! The house uses deep-well water and has a septic system. Guest access The main floor of this three-story home is available for guests. More than 1,500 feet, it includes the primary and bunk-bed bedrooms, full kitchen, bathroom with both tub and separate shower, dining room and living room. There is a lovely patio accessed through glass-sliding doors in the dining room. The front door and patio each have 2-step stairs, making them very easy for all ages to access. Access to the washer and dryer are available for a fee, located in the utility room of our daylight basement. The house uses deep-well water and is on septic.
