Glenternie House is a spectacular Victorian Grade B listed house that dates from about 1870 set in stunning countryside approximately 4 miles from the delightful town of Peebles. Anthony and Lucy Woodd have made this into a comfortable country house bed and breakfast. Guests have access to their bedroom, a bathroom, the drawing room and the Tennis court located on site which is free to use at any time Lucy provides a wonderful breakfast, cooked with organic ingredients. Dinner or Supper are available on request, but come with surplus charges We are situated in a wonderfully remote area of the Scottish Borders, yet only 4 miles from the delightful town of Peebles There is a bus from Peebles going to Edinburgh every 15 minutes. Parking at the house is free. Taxi bookings to the airport can be booked on request Guest access Free WiFi Television Books and Games Lockable Bike Storage available Coffee and Tea facilities I will be around the house during your stay. Because this is a private home rather than a hotel, we would ask that you be gone by 10.30AM every day and not arrive back before 5PM unless in exceptional circumstances.
