Our Beautiful Home is Located in Saybrook Manor Association and only a short walk to the beach . We have 4 Bedrooms that can accomadate 8 people,pull out couch,2 bathrooms, a Dining Room,Kitchen, and Spacious Living room.Our Yard is fenced in for your privacy & pets.Our home comes with many ammenities such as movies,games,kayaks, Clamming &Crabbing tools,Bikes,Floats & Beach Chairs.We have a beautiful backyard to enjoy games,barbecue or just to relax & unwind.Enjoy our beautiful & quaint beach The space Our Pet -Friendly Home is fully stocked with all dishes,glasses,silverware and Pots and Pans. We have a dishwasher and Laundry room with a Washer and Dryer for your convienance. For family's with toddlers/infants, we have a Pack n' play , Portable High Chair, and a Stroller for your family's traveling convienance. Games are stocked for evening fun and Lawn games are available. Books are stocked for those relaxing days . The couch also Pulls out to a bed for 2 extra guests. Please Note- Golf Cart Rentals are available through Hawkes Golf Vehicles , out of Clinton, Ct. for a rental fee. Guest access Entire House and Yard and Small Shed in the Front. Plenty of Parking in the Driveway. There are two (2) Dining Room Closets. One is for use for our guests with games and the other Closet is Locked and off limits to guests.(Owners storage). Thank you. Other things to note *Please Note: The third floor bedrooms was an attic converted into two bedrooms. The stairs are a bit narrow to walk up and down for older guests and there is No bathroom on the third floor. * We provide Linens and Towels Please Note: All outdoor patio furniture and outdoor decor is stored away after thanksgiving until spring. Pet Friendly and a Fenced in Yard for your furry companion. There is a Flat Rate of $100.00 for up to two(2) pets. An additional charge of $50 per pet, for more than two pets, will be charged separately via an Email for a pet fee request. For Toddlers/ Infants- We have a Pack n' Play, Portable High Chair and Stroller for your family's traveling convienance. Saybrook Point Inn & Spa is only a 5-8 Minute Drive, if you're in town to Attend Weddings and other Functions. No Party's are allowed on the premises!Only guests who are on the reservation.
