Our Beautiful Home is Located in Saybrook Manor Association and only a short walk to the beach . We have 4 Bedrooms that can accomadate 8 people +2 .Two Full bathrooms, a Dining Room,Kitchen, and Spacious Living room.Our Yard is fenced in for your privacy & pets.Our home comes with many ammenities such as movies,games,kayaks, Clamming &Crabbing tools,Bikes,Floats & Beach Chairs.We have a beautiful backyard to enjoy games,barbecue or just to relax & unwind.Enjoy our beautiful and quaint beach. Our Pet -Friendly Home is fully stocked with all dishes,glasses,silverware and Pots and Pans. We have a dishwasher and Laundry room with a Washer and Dryer for your convienance. For family's with toddlers/infants, we have a Pack n' play , Portable High Chair, and a Stroller for your family's traveling convienance. Games are stocked for evening fun and Lawn games are available. Books are stocked for those relaxing days . The couch also Pulls out to a bed for 2 extra guests. Entire House and Yard and Small Shed in the Front. Plenty of Parking in the Driveway. There are two (2) Dining Room Closets. One is for use for our guests with games and the other Closet is Locked and off limits to guests.(Owners storage). Thank you. I am available throughout the day for your questions and concerns. Our Neighborhood is very quaint and an Association Clubhouse is located a few doors down for many events and functions.Please see the clubhouse board for upcoming events. Our Neighborhood is adjacent to Indian town Association ,which is a beautiful walk or bike ride with views of the Marina and Jetti ( please note; Only Indian Town residents and their guests are permitted on the beaches and Marina area). Our Private association beach is gorgeous at Low Tide with beautiful sandbars to walk on. Please be considerate of our neighbors, as far as loud noise. Old Saybrook transportation is by car and offers a Train Station near the Center of town . Uber is also available . Visit the Charming Town of Mystic,Ct or the Historic Town of Essex.With many other gorgeous Shoreline Towns all a short driving distance away to explore and enjoy! *Please Note: The third floor bedrooms was an attic converted into two bedrooms. The stairs are a bit narrow to walk up and down for older guests and there is No bathroom on the third floor. Please Note: All outdoor patio furniture and outdoor decor is stored away after thanksgiving until spring. Pet Friendly and a Fenced in Yard for your furry companion. There is a Flat Rate of $100.00 for up to two(2) pets. An additional charge of $50 per pet, for more than two pets, will be charged separately via an Email for a pet fee request. For Toddlers/ Infants- We have a Pack n' Play, Portable High Chair and Stroller for your family's traveling convienance. Saybrook Point Inn & Spa is only a 5-8 Minute Drive, if you're in town to Attend Weddings and other Functions. No Party's are allowed on the premises!Only guests who are on the reservation.
