Welcome! 1 cat+1 small dog here. Both friendly, quiet and accustomed to guests. - 15 min to YYZ - 10th floor condominium with lots of space and amenities. - Queen size bed in guest room - Large balcony for smoking - Tea, coffee, oatmeal, sugar, and spices provided. We will be living in close proximity. You may encounter some clutter, dishes or noise during your stay. Please be a communicative guest. 1 guest maximum. Please be understanding and discrete. Check in is simple and easy. The space You are renting a private room and some additional shared space, the bathroom shower is shared. (owner has 1 piece bathroom in room) Shared living room, kitchen, and working space available for guests * swimming pool is outside and only open during summer*. Please expect some proximity to regular cooking and day to day cleaning and dishes as I work full-time and manage the apartment and guest space on a regular basis. Guest access Lots of amenities , parking spot and wifi included. During your stay Available at all times via phone/text Other things to note Laundry available in apartment laundry room (location near the lobby) for 4$/ load.
