Villa Christina is a country house between olive and fruit trees. The house is sunny surrounded by a very beautiful landscape in a green valley full of olives trees and near to a small rocky mountain with a wonderfull gorge. Ideal destination for those who want to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of nature and swim at beaches with crystal waters. The town of Paleochora is just 3,5 km away and faces the Libyan Sea. The space - The house has two fully equipped bedrooms (sheets and towels cocomat) two bathrooms with a washing machine and bath towels. - There is a large space that includes a living room with an energy-efficient fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven,dishwasher,fridge,coffee machine,etc) for preparing meals. -There is also a small office. - The house has free WIFI. - Outside these is a large western veranda (25 m2) where you can enjoy your breakfast, a romantic dinner, as well as sunbathing at midday. - One of the best points is the east courtyard which offers you private moments and relaxation. At this courtyard there is also a arbor,hammock and outdoor shower. - There is parking space for more than one car or bicycle. - At the surrounding area you can find historical olive trees, over than 100 years old, aromatic herbs (oregano,marjoram,etc) arbors and many fruit trees,like,oranges,mandarines,figs,apricots,lemons,quinces,pomegranates,mangos etc. You can taste the fruits when there are ripe - The location of the house offers the opportunity for many visits and activities. At distance of 500 meters is the village "Anidri" with the famous restaurant "To Sholio". Paleohora offers superb beaches (Gialiskari, Sundy Beache, Grammeno e.t.c) and many choices for eating,coffee,bars and shops. You can also visit Elaphonisi,the Samaria Gorge,Chania,the island of Gavdos,Sfakia, etc. Near by there are a lot of walking paths, especially the gorge of Anidri and the gorge which leads to Gialiskari beach. Guest access The visitors can use all the places inside and around the house. Other things to note The house is suitable for a winter stay with very good heating from an anergy - efficient fireplace and air conditioning From where the house is located , visitors need a car so they can do their shopping, visit the beaches, and explorer other areas. Usually, the arrival is via Chania airport and it takes about 1hour and 10min drive to the property. You will enter Paleochora and head to the road towards Anidri. It is very easy to find us just on the road between Paleohora-Anidri. You can also come via Heraklion airport and it takes about 3 hours to Paleohora and 10 minutes to the property.
