You will stay in our lovingly furnished 33 m² apartment directly on the Rednitzauen. Fürth's old town is only a few minutes' walk away. The Fürther Mare (thermal bath) is within walking distance. U-Bahn [subway] connection right at your doorstep. We have sleeping places for 4 guests. Children and dogs are welcome. We have furnished the apartment with a lot of love for detail and hope that you feel comfortable. The space Our 33 m² apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building with elevator. A bed 1.60 m x 2.00 m, which is separated in a sleeping niche, ensures a restful sleep. If 2 more sleeping places are needed, a sofa bed 1.40 m x 2.00 m is available. Linens and towels are sufficiently provided. Storage space is located in the hallway with a 2-meter wardrobe. You cook in a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove with ceramic range, microwave, dishwasher, as well as fridge and freezer combination) At the cozy dining area (extendable table) with 4 chairs you can enjoy the prepared dishes. A flat-screen TV and stereo system provide entertainment. Of course, you have free Wi-Fi in the apartment. The balcony invites you to linger in the summer months. In the bathroom, there is a walk-in shower with toilet and sink. Guest access The guest will have access to the entire apartment. You can park comfortably in our underground parking space. TG1 A small visitor parking space is available for a short parking period of up to one hour. Other things to note Pets are welcome. Dog beds, blankets or bowls can be provided if desired. Key handover is arranged by phone or WhatsApp.
