Master bedroom w/210 bed, 3 children´s rooms and large ground floor with cinema lounge which can be made up to bed space. 2 bathrooms, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The space Elegant, newly refurbished house with Scandinavian design furniture aurrounded by a large, very private garden in an idyllic part of Oslo. There is little traffic around, yet there is a bus-stop just two minutes away that takes you downtown Oslo in 10 minutes. Situated close to attractions such as Holmenkollen and Bogstad beach, golf and Mansion. In the midst of nature and near the most beautiful view points of the city. One master bedroom with king size bed (210 x 210), three children´s rooms (2 of which have double sleeping arrangements) as well as a large ground floor seating area with home cinema and PlayStation 4 which can easily be made up to bed space if necessary. Two bath rooms both with WC, one with bath tub and a second one with rain shower. Very family- and group friendly. Large living room with two couches, fireplace as well as a day bed. Great kitchen with dining area, and there´s also another dining place with extra long table for seating more people or just for playing board games etc. We also have large outdoor areas (600sqm) for play and lounging, dining area, including BBQ and woodfired pizza oven. There are also bikes you may borrow (including seats for small children), 2 family-sized hammocks under the trees, a play house for small children and a big trampoline in the garden. The house is very well equipped and especially for children, as we have three (14, 11 and 2) there are lots of toys around to play with. We also have a baby’s crib bed and chair available, as well as a changing area in the bathroom on the main floor (conveniently placed next to all 3 bedrooms). Guest access Street parking as well as garage is available. Also available for use are lots of childrens’ toys and board games, apple-tv + home cinema, PS 5, soft towels + linens and bathroom essentials. There´s also a wash-room with two washing machines and dryer available to use, as well as a BBQ and pizza oven in the garden. Large private garden ideal for children. Trampoline spring & summer. Danish design furniture and high quality finish throughout the house. Other things to note There is a long flight of stairs leading to the second bathroom and home cinema/lounge area and washing room, but this area can also be accessed through an outside door from the garden (4 steps down only). We have child-proofed the long stairs from inside the house.
