Summers Barn

Summers Barn is a traditional barn conversion in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Grassington is a delightful village and the property is a stone’s throw from the village square with its three pubs and local shops. It is in an ideal location for exploring the delights of Upper Wharfedale, whether out on the fells, by the river or in one of the many attractive villages. The space The kitchen has an Aga as well as an electric double oven and hob. There is off-road parking to the side for 2 vehicles. Guest access Apart from the 3 bedrooms there is a spacious bathroom with a walk in shower upstairs. Downstairs there is a lounge/dining room, a hallway, a loo, a scullery and a cosy kitchen with an Aga and a large pine table with 6 chairs. There is a small, secluded and safe garden at the back, next to the parking bay which takes two normal sized cars at a pinch.
