There are 3 North Sea beaches nearby

It is a fully equipped house with two bedrooms (1 x with double bed and 1 x with two single beds) on the upper floor. It has everything you need to feel a bit more at home. In the lower living area, there is 1 real bed in the living room and a couch that can be folded out and converted into a bed if necessary. Please note that ONLY SMALL dogs are accepted and only by prior arrangement. The space The house is in a very quiet cul-de-sac and is equipped with everything you need. Kitchen-living room: corner bench, large extendable table, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, stove with ceramic stovetop and oven. Plenty of cooking and baking utensils in the cozy large kitchen. There is a living room with 2 couches and a separate dining room with table and 6 chairs. The two rooms merge into one another. 2 large flat-screen TVs, one in the living room (downstairs) and one in the master bedroom (upstairs). In the garden, there is a covered seating area (pavilion) with comfortable seating furniture. If you want to barbecue, there is also a grill that we will gladly provide you with. In the garden, a tent can also be pitched for small and large adventurers. Badminton and soccer ⚽️ are also available. The car also has its own free parking space, of course. Guest access The house has two entrances. A main entrance in front (as shown in the photo) and a rear entrance/exit, where there is still a covered small smoking corner with seating. Other things to note The house can accommodate up to 5 adults. For families with smaller children, a stair gate can be installed on request. For very small children or babies, a travel crib can be placed in the bedroom if necessary. I will gladly provide this upon request.
