The space The cottage is located in Åhus-Täppet, 50 meters from the sea and only 30 meters to the beach. The house is 93 sqm, has a fireplace, large social areas and a lovely atmosphere and offers a cozy accommodation where you will more than happily spend both weekends throughout the year and entire vacations. Large new fantastic wooden deck is available around the entire cottage where everyone likes to spend many hours. Regardless of the season, you'll want to spend time here to recharge your batteries. In Åhus-Täppet, you are close to a bathing jetty, swimming area, nice sandy beach and beautiful forest areas. 50 meters from the cottage is Upzone's high-altitude course, where you climb up to different heights and go through different difficulties on the courses, read more on their website and book your times there. The cottage is also located right next to Seaside's brand new spa where you can book a day spa or some nice treatment. With walking distance to everything, you will have a wonderful vacation, this cottage really has a unique location. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the area where beach soccer and beach handball are played annually. 50 meters from the cottage is the Kantarellbadet with different pools. There's also miniature golf, restaurants and ice cream parlors right by the cabin. Within cycling/walking distance, you can get down to the harbor where there are other nice restaurants right by the water, even some nightlife during the summer season. Also within walking/biking distance, you can get to the community where there are several different shops, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc., which are open year-round. There are bus connections to Kristianstad, which is the nearest major city. The cottage has two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other a single bed and a bunk bed. In the living room, there are an additional 2-4 beds in the form of a fold-down double bed that is mounted in the wall and the possibility of 2 beds in the sofa. In the hall outside one bedroom there is also a single bed. A completely newly-built large wooden deck around the entire cottage is 160 sqm, where everyone likes to spend a lot of time. Outdoor shower is also available next to the nice wooden deck. Cleaning is not included but is provided by the guests themselves. Bed linens, towels and other consumables are also provided by the guests themselves. We want to be clear that we want you to leave our private things alone and that it is respected that it is our home you are staying in, i.e. clothes, shoes, towels, sheets, food and drink, toiletries, etc. you do not touch. We wish that you leave our cabinets, drawers, etc. alone.
