Family-friendly apartment in the beautiful Ore Mountains :)

The bright 89 m² first floor apartment has a large balcony with beautiful views. The new bathroom with walk-in shower and two sinks is barrier-free. The fitted kitchen is well equipped... The spacious living area has a large sofa bed (+ extra beds as needed) with TV corner and a dining/work area as well as massage chairs and play corner and game cabinet. In the bedroom there are 2 double beds. Here it can be increased with 2 travel cots. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. The space The entrance area has a glazed conservatory that can be shared with seating. The house has a terrace where you can also barbecue. A playground and sports field is a 3-minute walk away. By arrangement, the playground at the house may be used. The house is located at the foot of the summer mountain and is quietly located. Guest access For long-term guests or small "accidents," there is a washing machine in the converted basement. A covered carport or clothes rack is available for hanging. Other things to note No smoking in the house. However, smoking is allowed on the balcony and outside if the cigarettes are removed:) By arrangement, professional events can also be held.
