Other things to note CONSUMPTION: The simulated amounts in the Airbnb reservation do not include the following consumptions and services: • Electricity (meter) • Piped water (meter) • Cleaning service (250 optional) Payment for these items will be made separately at the time of checkout, based on consumption records and upon negotiation. RESERVATIONS: The reservation must be made ONLY by the person who will be staying. Reservations for third parties are NOT allowed! PARTIES, SMOKING AND DRUGS: It is strictly forbidden to hold parties or gatherings, to smoke (cigarettes, cigarillos, cigars, etc.) or to consume any type of illegal drug in the apartment or on the condominium premises. DOCUMENTS: Shortly after booking, all guests must forward photos of their identity documents for registration at the condominium. A security rule (the concierge may refuse entry without proper identification). CONDOMINIUM: The rules of the condominium and apartment must be strictly obeyed, especially the law of silence between 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the next day. Keep the premises tidy and clean, and do not waste water and electricity. COMMERCE: No physical or virtual commerce of any kind is allowed in the apartment or on the condominium premises. FULL CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION: If any of the above rules are not complied with, it is characterized as a breach of the house rules and your stay may be canceled without any refund. CLEANING AND HOUSEKEEPING: The cleaning fee paid by the guest at the time of booking is to ensure that they receive the apartment sanitized, cleaned, tidied and with clean, fragrant bed and bath linens, ready for use. No cleaning and tidying services are offered during the stay, even for medium/long stays. PLEASE: - Do not throw paper, absorbent pads, wet wipes into the toilet or out of the windows and balconies. Use the trash cans. - Separate the garbage into organic and recyclable; daily and at checkout, throw them in the appropriate bins inside the condominium; - When you leave, make sure you have locked the door and turned off all equipment that does not need to be constantly on and the lights; - Do not leave food scraps exposed and dishes with these characteristics need to be washed, do not leave them in the sink overnight. OUTSTANDING DEBTS: The apartment cannot be released as long as there are debts due to damage to the property and its assets or loss of any of its belongings. In the event of any incident, the fact must be formally reported using Airbnb's messaging service. To compensate for the damage caused or the loss of any item, the credit card of the person responsible for the reservation will be debited through Airbnb, observing the following amounts: - TV, air-conditioning remote controls: R$ 75 each; - Pillows, cushions, towels, floor mats, sheets, pillowcases, mattress protective cover, blankets: R$ 140 per item; - Damage to property, furniture and equipment: a quote for repair or replacement will be presented for prompt reimbursement; - Stains and dirt on bath towels, sheets, fabrics and walls. - If the damage is only verified after checkout, guests will be sent photographic and documentary evidence of the damage or loss and the budget for repair or replacement through the Airbnb platform.
